How to choose your email:

  • If you forgot that email address, give us the email address you want us to use to receive information related to your service

How to choose your password:

  • Password must be at least 6 characters
  • Password must be less than 40 characters
  • Password cannot be the same as username

Where to find your account number:

  • On your monthly paper bill
  • On your service agreement

Verify & activate

When you verify your My Account registration, you will receive a verification email. Please click on the link provided in the email, to verify and activate your My Account access.

Once activated, you will be redirected to the login page where you can then login and enjoy the benefits of My Account.
